Minimum Educational Qualification: A minimumbachelor’s degree or a Bacc+4/5 from a recognized university.
Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Less than 2 years’ working experience after graduation.

The Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month structured initiative offered by Nestlé to recent college and university graduates. This program is designed to help new graduates transition from academia to the professional world, while preparing them for future leadership roles within the company. This program builds future leaders/talent and provide the needed skills & competencies in different areas to be successful in selected roles.
